Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service!

Had a fantastic experience during our 2-night stay! The staff’s attentive service made us feel valued. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options daily. The cozy room was perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring. Remember to enjoy the evening socials for a fun time!

Great location, but cleanliness issues

So, we stayed for 2 nights in a studio suite. The location is super convenient off the highway, but the room was pretty dirty. Found crumbs by the couch, and the place had a weird smell. The front desk staff was awesome though! They were super friendly and made our check-in smooth. Just wish housekeeping had done better.

Noise levels can be quite disruptive, especially if your room overlooks the pool area where kids and adults alike gather late into the night, making it hard to get a proper rest. Cleaning issues abound, with guests noting dirty carpets and bathrooms, alongside maintenance woes like broken shower fixtures in various rooms. Miscommunication regarding room assignments can create confusion, as some travelers found that their expectations didn't match reality, impacting the overall experience.

The space was great for our family! We loved having both TVs and separate rooms. Breakfast was decent but could use more hot options🥞. Just wished for a quieter stay, we had some noise issues.

We had an enjoyable stay with our large family. The location is fantastic, just a short drive to fun spots like the Family Arena and historic St Charles. The rooms are spacious, and we loved having a TV in each room, which kept everyone entertained.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options were limited, especially for kids seeking variety.

My suite was spacious, but the wildlife noise was disruptive at night.

Clean studio suite, friendly breakfast staff, with a pretty good hot breakfast selection including scrambled eggs and bacon that set a positive tone for our stay.

During my stay at Staybridge Suites O'Fallon Chesterfield, I appreciated the clean and spacious design of the common areas, which provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff, especially Jackie, were attentive and made my stay very enjoyable.
